Hi, everyone! I hope everyone has been having a lovely summer full of writing, reading, and mothering your crazy children.
So, I have a few updates.
First, you likely won’t see much activity here over the next couple of months. My family and I are making plans to move to North Carolina in about a month or so and most of my time at the moment is spent working, packing, and parenting, and not much time for writing.
Second, when we are all settled in our new home, I will be moving my author blog and website over to a new location: new host, new domain, the works. No point in giving you the URL now because there is nothing there, haha. But once it’s ready to go, I will let you all know.
Third, once I’ve finished setting up the dedicated author website and blog, I will probably be archiving The Rose Patch for a bit. Trying to write posts for two blogs (three if you count my freelancing website) has been trickier than I thought, so I want to focus on just my freelance and author stuff for right now.
Don’t worry, I will bring my mommy blog back eventually. It’ll just be on a brief-ish hiatus 🙂
And that’s all I wanted to say. 🙂
Hi, I’m Connie! I am a fiction author, mommy blogger, and freelance writer for hire. I love writing stories with an element of hope and writing about being a mommy, a wife, and a writer. Along with my fiction, poetry, and journey as an author, I write about motherhood, marriage, relationships, pregnancy loss, and any other relevant topics. If you’re looking to hire me as a freelance writer, please hop on over to C. Watson Writer for more information.
